Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 (depending upon experience)
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
Proposed Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
Location: Office based – Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Reports to: Team Leader

Job Overview & Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity for an individual to grow, expand and develop with a leading pet insurance provider as we launch and develop our business and brands across the UK and Europe.

A varied administration role focussing on the exotic pet and pet business area of the business.

• Responsible for checking, collating and forwarding information needed for claims assessment
• Responsible for checking, collating and forwarding information needed for underwriting referrals
• General policy administration
• Produce high quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
• Communication with third parties to ensure administration processes are met
• Answer and resolve customer queries
• Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded and company and regulatory SLA’s are met
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
• Proactive in improving administration processes
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
• Support other departments with administration, as required
• Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Good general education, including GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• High attention to detail
• Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer focussed – a passion for customer service and exceeding expectations
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Team player
• Competent with ICT and keen to learn and develop new systems
• A love of pets

Sales Executive

• Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy
• Follow up and convert free insurance offered by our partners – microchippers, breeders, vets and charities
• Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded
• Produce high quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
• Identify trends and areas for improvement with a solution-based attitude
• Sales and policy administration
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
• Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with

Customer Service Executive

Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 (depending upon experience)
Holiday: 25 days (plus UK bank holidays)
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Office based – Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
